A two-story self-storage facility is expected to see construction later this year in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The Phoenix-based Wentworth Storage Company has announced plans to build the 120,000 square foot structure at 17492 N. 91st Street on the north side of Scottsdale.
Wentworth purchased the 10-acre site earlier this year for $4.3 million.
The facility will be called Pima 101 and is being designed by the Tempe-based Andrews Design Group. Work on the building is expected to start by late this spring, with an early 2018 completion date.
In February Wentworth, which was founded in the mid-1970s, purchased 1.6 acres in Phoenix to build a new 100,000 square foot facility there. Last year the company reconverted a former semi-conductor plant in Scottsdale into a 120,000 square-foot storage space.
