A move to demolish the former home of the Coconino County Jail in order to build a new municipal court house has won the support of the Flagstaff City Council.  The three-story structure, at the corner of Birch Avenue and Agassiz Street, was built in the early 1960s and added onto in subsequent decades.

Some 3.7 acres of one-time farmland in Aurora, Colorado may be the home of a new affordable housing complex.  The project would see the construction of a four-story building made up of 116 two and three-bedroom units, most of which would be geared for those earning 60 percent of area median income.

Ever since St. Catherine’s Indian School closed some 18 years ago, local leaders in Santa Fe have been trying to find a new use for the historic site at 801 Griffin Street on the edge of the Santa Fe National Cemetery.  The 18-acre site includes a chapel, convent, dormitories, gymnasium and library, with the most historically significant red brick and adobe structures built between 1887 and 1938.
