Asking a top price of $15. 2 million, a more than 138,000-square-foot office building in downtown Phoenix is now on the market.
The structure is located at 444 N. 44th Street within the borders of the master-planned Phoenix Gateway Corporate Center, six miles to the east of downtown Phoenix. That park is populated with a series of modern, multi-story office structures built in the last 30 years.
The N. 44th Street structure was complete in 1998 and is classified as a Class A building.
The four-story structure, with each floor measuring around 34,500 square feet, sits on a 7.5-acre site that has served as the office home to the State Farm Insurance company, as well as the drugstore chain CVS.
In the initial years of the structure, it also provided offices for the behavioral healthcare company Value Options.
The property is being listed by the Phoenix offices of Cushman and Wakefield.
