A two-story modern brick office complex in northwest Phoenix measuring around 75,000 square feet is scheduled to go to auction in early April.
Located at 10220-10240 31st Avenue, the Metro Executive Park was completed in late 1981 and has through the years enjoyed a tenant occupancy rate of nearly 80%.
Featuring an appealing natural courtyard, the complex is made up of two multi-tenant Class B structures comprising 17 individual office suites.
At the time of its opening, the complex’s advertising made a point of mentioning its “prestigious atmosphere enhanced by generous landscaping and garden amenities.”
Sitting on a 4.2-acre site, the Metro Executive Park is half a mile to the northwest of the popular Metrocenter Mall at 9617 N. Metro Parkway West, which will soon be undergoing a $750 million redevelopment.
As listed by the real estate firm Kidder Matthews, which has offices in Phoenix, the starting bid for the Metro Executive Park is set at $2.1 million.
