Nearly 40 Year-Old Belen Bank Building Listed for Sale

A modern four-story building that has long served as a bank is up for sale in downtown Belen with a price tag of $5.8 million.

The structure is located at 101 S. Main Steet and is currently the home to a Wells Fargo bank location.

Built in 1985 and classified as a Class B Building, the structure encompasses nearly 44,700 square feet on a street dotted with one and two-story buildings housing offices and retail space.

The property, on a just under 4-acre site, is being listed by Nino Trujillo & Company Real Estate of Belen.

The building was formerly known as a Northwest Bank outlet, before that company merged with Wells Fargo in the late 1990s.

Wells Fargo is the largest bank in New Mexico with more than 60 offices in nearly forty cities.
