One of the classic and most historic hotels in western Arizona is now on the market.
Located at 313 E. Andy Devine Avenue in Kingman, the stone brick Brunswick Hotel was built in 1909 when Kingman had a population of less than 1,000 people, and early on earned a reputation as a resting stop for traveling cowboys and farmers.
Measuring just under 15,000 square feet, the three-story hotel sits on a less than one-acre lot and underwent some renovation work last year resulting in an updated restaurant, new roof, and two studio rentals.
According to a website maintained by the Kingman Arizona Historic District, the Brunswick today embodies the “ambience, furnishings, and decor” of an early 20th century Western hotel.
In the initial renovation phase, it was announced by the publication Route 66 News that the Brunswick would feature “Cowboy and Cowgirl rooms, each containing twin beds and a shared central bathroom.”
With an asking price of $2.5 million, the hotel is being listed by the Kingman-based Fleischmann AZ Investment Corporation.
