A 12-year-old structure that houses a popular downtown Albuquerque Mister Car Wash location is on the market with a price tag of $4.6 million.
Sitting on a just-over one-case site, the one-story structure measures around 6,000 square feet and is designated as a Class B building.
Founded in 1969, the Mister Car Wash brand is now the largest car wash company in the country.
Based in Tucson, the company currently has just over 490 locations nationally, with a particular focus on the Midwest and a sweeping swath of Sunbelt states from Florida to California, including Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.
In the final quarter of last year, the company opened 14 new locations nationally.
Mister Car Wash buildings range in size from 3,600 square feet to upwards of 6,000 square feet and include a conveyor mechanism transporting vehicles into a wash tunnel just over seven feet in height.
The company reported second quarter 2024 earnings late last month of around $22.1 million.
The Albuquerque Mister Car Wash, located at 2300 4th Street NW, is being listed for sale by the Tampa-based realtor Franklin Street.
