A building in Phoenix that has served as the printing operations for the Arizona Republic newspaper is now up for lease.
Located at 22600 N 19th Street, the structure was built in 1992 and measures more than 310,000 square feet.
The largest newspaper in the Grand Canyon State with a circulation of around 337,000 subscribers, the Republic announced last summer that it was closing its printing facilities in Phoenix in favor of moving those operations to Las Vegas.
In Las Vegas, the paper has been printed and packaged under a joint publishing agreement.
The Republic, which has been owned by the USA Today company since 2000, sold the building three years ago to the Scottsdale-based Atlas Capital Partners and DRA Advisors of New York.
As listed by the Phoenix-based Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, the building also features some 38,000 square feet of office space, and 36 dock-height loading doors.
