The oldest and least expensive Quik Mart listing is located at 7667 E. Escalante Road. Built in 1975, the structure is on a 1-acre site and is designated as Class B building.
All four of the properties, with the exception of the 7667 E. Escalante store, feature Chevron gas stations.
The properties are being listed by the New York-based real estate services company Surmount.
The Quik Mart company was launched in 1965 with three small convenience stores in metro Tucson eventually growing to 17 stores and becoming the largest independent convenience store in the area.
The brand made its name offering not just grocery store elections, but a wide variety of sandwiches, burritos, pastries, and salads.
In the spring of 2023, three Quik Mart locations in Tucson were sold to the Solano Beach, California-based Southwest Convenience firm for nearly $7.2 million.
