Enlarging on its presence in Arizona, the company Toy Barn has announced plans to build a 205,000-square-foot facility on the north end of Scottsdale.

Specializing in the storage of luxury vehicles, Toy Barn wants to build within the borders of the Mack Innovation Park, off Arizona State Route 101.

The project will include six separate buildings on a 10-acre site, with initial first phase work slated to begin in the spring of 2027. That first phase, according to reports, will represent a $35 million investment.

With seven locations in southern Arizona, Toy Barn advertises its vehicle rental spaces as titled property, “similar to a condominium.” Members have round-the-clock access to a common area as well as a clubhouse and rooftop patio.

The rented spaces can be used for cars, as well as trucks, motorcycles, boats, and recreational vehicles.

The company opened its first location in Cave Creek in 2010, responding to a vehicle owner need in the following decade that saw it launch four more sites.

The new Mack Innovation Park project has been around four years.
