A two-day auction is scheduled to begin on December 1 for a downtown three-story Pueblo, Colorado structure built 125 years ago.
Located at 115 W. 2nd Street, the brick structure measures just under 17,200 square feet and was formerly the home of the microblogging social media service Bluesky. Before that, the building contained offices for the Centel Corporation, a telecommunications company that ceased operations in 1993.
The structure is designated as a Class C building.
The building, with exterior Art Deco features and large upper floor windows, is located on a downtown street populated with mostly one- and-two story structures of the same vintage.
A starting bid of $100,000 is required for the auction, which is being sponsored by Pueblo offices of Keller Williams Performance Realty.
