A one-story building in Las Cruces that is the home to a thriving International House of Pancakes restaurant is on the market with an asking price of just under $1.9 million.
Located on the north side of the city at 2900 N. Telshor Boulevard, the structure measures nearly 5,300 square feet and was built in 1994.
Designated as a Class B structure, the building sits on a one-acre site, and includes kitchen, seating, and office space.
Launched as a chain in 1958, the International House of Pancakes restaurants (otherwise known as IHOP), typically range in size from 1,600 to just under 5,000 square feet.
The company saw a rapid expansion almost from the start, building and opening five hundred locations in the next three decades, and shortly enjoying annual revenue of more than $1 billion.
As of 2023, the company had more than 1,800 restaurants and annual revenue above $3.5 billion, although overall sales nationally, according to the data firm Black Box Intelligence, were off by about 1.1%.
The Las Cruces listing is being offered by the realtor Avison Young, which is based in Los Angeles.
