
A popular shopping mall in the Northeast Heights of Albuquerque is now on the market with a big $28.2 million price tag.
With its official address encompassing 4600 to 5010 Cutler Avenue NE, the Pavilions at San Mateo was completed in 1997 and substantially renovated last year.
Taking in just under 131,000 square feet, the one structure is designated as a Class B building and sits on a 5.5-acre site.
The center, which was purchased by a developer last year for $24.9 million, is anchored by a 37,500-square-foot Walmart Neighborhood Market and has as its current tenants the outlets Dollar Tree, Five Below, and the Old Navy and Shoe Department.
Designed by the firm Design Collaborative Southwest, the center held its grand opening in October of 1997.
The listing is being handled by Farris Lee Investments, based in Irvine, California.
