A 14,800-square-foot structure in El Paso that serves as the office home to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice is up for sale.
Located at 13 Founders Boulevard, around 10 miles to the northeast of downtown El Paso, the two-story structure was built in 1985 and is designated as a Class B structure.
Listed by the Houston-based real estate agency Northmarq, the structure has undergone some recent renovation work and has an asking price of $4.7 million.
Sitting on a nearly two-acre site in a part of the city populated with the packing supply company El Paso Paper Box and the government services company Maximus, the building encompasses around 7,400 square feet of office space on its two floors.
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice, which operates its parole offices at the site, has been a tenant of the building for more than a decade.
