A project that will see the construction of an upscale condominium complex with 40 residential units is currently being reviewed by the City of Scottsdale.
As proposed, what is being called The Goldwater Residences, will see the building of a mixed-use project that will include just under 7,400 square feet of retail space in the city’s Old Town section.
The project is set to go up on a currently vacant 1.1-acre site at 7000 E. 4th Street in a part of the city populated with modern multi-story residential properties.
The Goldwater Residences will include 40 two-to-three-bedroom units, as well as a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, terrace, pet park, and space for public art.
The project, belonging to Adlanto North American with offices in Scottsdale, and the Plaza Companies, which is based in Peoria, was first announced late last year. At the time of that announcement, The Goldwater was described as an “elegant-for-sale condo development.”
Project architect for The Goldwater is Lightvox Studios of Phoenix.
