A two-day online auction is set to begin on August 17 for a five-story medical office structure on the north side of Phoenix.

Located at 6036 N. 19th Street, what is called the Central Physicians Plaza measures just under 76,300 square feet and is designated as a Class B building.

Built in 1973, the structure with a faintly Brutalist architectural design, has served as the home to the Canyon Surgery Center and the True Precision Medical firm, among other medical service entities.

The structure is adjacent to the large Abrazo Health 206-bed acute care hospital.

Currently nearly 40% occupied, the building underwent some interior renovation in 2006 and features roughly 40,000 square feet of available medical office space.

The auction, which is being handled by the Phoenix offices of Cushman & Wakefield, has an advertised minimum starting bid of $400,000.
