Plans have been announced for the two-day auction beginning on November 16 of a 3-story modern office building in the central Colorado city of Greenwood Village.

Located at 5500 South Quebec, roughly 14 miles south of Denver, the Landmark Corporate Center measures around 211,100 square feet and is designated as a Class B structure.

Built in 1982 for the prominent engineering company CH2M, the facility is located on the east side of a city that is known for its large number of high-tech and communications firms.

The structure is graced by an atrium three-story lobby, and includes a conference center, fitness center, and outdoor patio.

The auction, with a stated starting bid of $3.2 million, is being handled by the Denver offices of real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated.
