A just over 9,000-square-foot structure in Phoenix that has housed a National Automotive Parts Association outlet is up for sale.
Located at 2150 E. Thomas Road on the northeast side of the city, the freestanding structure was built in 2001 and is designated as a Class B building.
The property is one of nine NAPA buildings in a portfolio offering up for sale in nine states. The structures were built between 1978 and 2007 and range in size from 6,000 square feet to 9,000 square feet.
Launched in 1925, the Atlanta-based NAPA specializes in car, truck, and tractor parts and has around 6,000 stores.
The company prides itself on finding any automotive part for its customers, no matter how obscure, spiriting a long-time slogan: “All the right parts in all the right places.”
Last month it was reported that the O’Reilly Auto Parts Company may be interested in purchasing NAPA for around $10 million. Should the acquisition become reality, notes The Drive publication, it could fundamentally “reshape the auto parts retail landscape.”
The nine NAPA outlets up for sale have a combined selling price of $15.7 million and are being listed by the Miami offices of Marcus & Millichap.
