A two-story retail structure within the boundaries of the Santa Fe Historic District is now on the market with a price tag of exactly $18 million.
Comprising the addresses 112 to 114 W. San Francisco Street, the structure was built in 1890 and is designated as a Class C building.
Measuring just under 60,600 square feet, the building in recent years has housed Moon Rabbit Toys, an independent store specializing in educational games and toys. Another tenant: the luxury accessory and apparel shop Temptations of Santa Fe.
The offices of the Northern Area Local Workforce Development Board have also been a part of the structure.
In the early half of the last century, the building was also the site of the long-standing popular Taichert’s Variety Store, complete with a 16-stool soda fountain.
The property is being listed by Santa Fe-based Real Estate Advisors.
