A classic brick structure that was built in Boulder in the year that Colorado became a state is now on the market.
Located at 1212 Pearl Street, the just-over 7,300-square-foot structure has two floors and is designated as a Class C building.
The structure, which underwent some renovation work in 2007, is located within the Downtown Boulder Historic District. That district is populated with late 19th century structures, many designed in the Italianate and Romanesque styles.
Currently the home of a clothing and accessories store called Free People, the building in years past has served as a partial boarding house and hardware store.
The property, with an asking price of just under $4.7 million, is being listed by the Boulder-based commercial real estate agency Gibbons-White Incorporated.
