The center was built last year and is currently entirely leased.
Listed by Newmark Knight Frank realtors of Phoenix, the property is part of a growing part of Scottsdale seeing the construction of new office and retail centers in the last several years.
The direct vicinity includes the Talking Stick Resort and OdySea Aquarium.
Tenants at the center include a Starbucks outlet, White Castle restaurant, Spinato’s Pizza, and Texas Roundhouse steakhouse.
