A two-day auction is scheduled to begin on June 9 for a 136-room hotel on the northeast side of Albuquerque.
Listed by Marmot Properties of Reno, Nevada, the two-story hotel makes up just over 71.000 square feet of building space and is branded as a Quality Inn & Suites.
Located at 1315 Menaul Boulevard NE, the property includes a business center, fitness room, banquet rooms, swimming pool, and landscaped courtyard.
Quality Inn & Suites is a part of the Rockville, Maryland-based chain that was launched in 1939 as Quality Courts United and currently has around 1,900 hotels worldwide.
Last year Choice Hotels International, which is the parent company of Quality Inn & Suites, opened 41 hotels under the brand.
Other Quality Inn and Suites properties have recently been put on the market, with one such location in Thomasville, North Carolina selling last week for $3.2 million.
The site Brevitas is currently listing several Quality Inn & Suites properties, mostly in the Midwest, with prices ranging from $500,000 to over $10 million.
A minimum auction bid of $1.2 million has been set for the Quality Inn & Suites Menaul Boulevard property.
