A 30-year-old shopping center in the upscale El Dorado neighborhood of Santa Fe is now on the market.
Located at 7 Avenida Vista Grande, 12 miles to the south of Santa Fe, the Agora Shopping Center is being listed by the real estate firm CRBE, Inc. and encompasses more than 40,500 square feet of building space.
The structure is designated as a Class B building and saw renovation work in 2005.
Anchored by the El Dorado Supermarket, the center also includes a U.S post office, a coffee shop, and a hair salon.
Uniquely, according to information offered by CRBE, the center also features “three pet-centered businesses: a veterinary practice, a pet groomer, and a pet food and supply store.”
El Dorado, defined as a “census-designated place” by the Census Bureau, has a population of just over 6,000 people.
According to the site Realtor, the median listing price for a home in El Dorado as of this summer was $766,000, compared with a statewide average of $366,000.
