Plans are underway for the building of upwards of ten new outlets in Colorado belonging to an increasingly popular hamburger chain based in Atlanta.

The Smalls Sliders company was established with one restaurant in 2019 and specializes in combo meals featuring small hamburger sliders, fries, and a drink.  The restaurant offers sliders composed of double meat and double cheese, along with bacon, and has won a national following for its relatively light fare.

Smalls Sliders has won additional attention for its facilities, operating out of modular build-outs that are called “cans,” measuring around 750 to 800 square feet, that house a small kitchen, 100 square foot patio, and drive-through aisle.

The stores have been particularly noted for their sleek, modern design and bright orange color, since patented as “Smorange.”

The company has been on an expansion binge for months now, adding to a map of around 30 states, and just recently opening locations in Clarksville and Handerson, Tennessee; as well as Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Altogether, the company as of late last year had more than 375 locations opened or in development.

It has been particularly active in Texas, with outlets either up and running or planned in Amarillo, El Paso, Lubbock, and San Angelo. Arizona now has nearly two dozen Smalls Sliders locations.
