A large warehouse structure in Mesa, Arizona built when Dwight Eisenhower was president is now on the market.
Located at 260 S. Hibbert Street in a neighborhood populated with industrial structures, the building is being listed for $11 million.
Measuring around 71,300 square feet, the building is designated as a Class B structure and last year underwent some $2 million in both exterior and interior renovation work.
Defined as an infill property, the building has for years served as the home to the Classic Tech company, which specializes in auto suspension and steering parts.
The building includes a two-story office space, and two dock-high truck doors.
The property is being listed by the Los Angeles-based DWG Capital Group, which specializes in industrial and office properties.
