Two El Paso hotels are up for sale in a unique package listing, with a combined asking price of $3.6 million.
The most visually prominent of the properties is the Soluna Hotel, located at 5640 E. Paisano Drive on the east side of the city. The three-story building houses 39 guest rooms and features an outdoor swimming pool.
The Soluna was formerly branded as a Sleep Inn motel, part of a network of more than 400 midscale hotels operated by the North Bethesda, Maryland-based Choice Hotels International.
It was listed last year separately for just over $1.9 million.
At the other end of the 1.5-acre site sits the three-story Budget Inn Motel at 5634 E. Paisano Drive, built in 1979. The Budget Inn, separately, was also listed for sale last year for $1.9 million.
The properties are listed with the El Paso-based Team Juan Iribe commercial real estate firm.
