A one-story, solid cement structure housing a Family Dollar outlet in Estancia, New Mexico, is on the market with an asking price of just under $620,000.

Located at 701 North 5th Street, the structure was built in 2007 and measures around 9,200 square feet.

The building is being listed by Fortis Net Lease Realtors of Farmington Hills, Michigan, and is one of two Family Dollar structures currently listed by the realtor in New Mexico.

The second property is located at 70 New Mexico Route 371 in Thoreau. Like the Estancia property, the Family Dollar store in Thoreau is around 9,200 square feet and was also built in 2007. The property is listed for just over $852,500.

Earlier this year, the Family Dollar chain, which is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, announced plans to close around 80 stores, located primarily in the Midwest and South, but also in Rimrock, Arizona; and both Brighton and La Jara in Colorado.

Another 15 stores, also primarily in the Midwest and South, were announced for closure last week.
