A 400-unit apartment complex in Parker, Colorado is in line for a series of extensive upgrades in the wake of its purchase by the Greensboro, North Carolina-based Bell Partners.
Located on a 22.1-acre site at 18301 Cottonwood Drive, roughly 25 miles to the southeast of Denver, the complex includes a series of one- to three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 707 square feet to more than 1,200 square feet.
Additional complex features: a nearly 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, swimming pool, and community courtyards.
Formerly called the Montane Apartments, the complex, which includes 23 buildings, will be renamed the Bell Parker Ranch.
Bell Partners purchased the property several weeks ago for $133 million from Starlight Investments of Toronto. Built in 2018, the complex originally sold for $120 million.
In announcing the purchase, Nickolay Bochilo, chief investment officer at Bell Partners, remarked that the complex is “located in one of Denver’s most desirable submarkets, characterized by strong demographic trends, attractive retail and recreational amenities, and great schools.”
One of the fastest growing cities in Colorado, Parker has seen its population jump from 23,500 two decades ago to nearly 66,000 today, a growth largely fueled by residents who work in Denver during the day but return to Parker at night. Bell Partners currently manages upwards of 90,000 apartment homes nationally and has nearly two dozen complexes to date in metro Denver.
