A nearly 40-year-old structure on the south side of Las Cruces that is home to a popular nightspot is up for sale.
Located at 101 E. Union Avenue, the 12,000-square-foot, one-story structure is classified as a Class B structure and was built in 1988.
With two separate bars, extensive dining space, and spacious bathrooms, the structure is currently home to the tavern known as Whiskey Dick’s, a destination spot that advertises itself as “country with class.”
Whiskey Dick’s has operated at the site for well over a decade. The property was previously home to the community space known as the Club Fusion Teen Center that closed in 2012.
Asking price for the structure, which is being listed by the Las Cruces offices of NAI 1st Valley Realty, is $3.6 million.
